Senior Project Manager

Lead complex project cargo shipments from planning through delivery. You'll work directly with clients, coordinate with carriers and port operators, and ensure every shipment meets our high standards for safety and timeliness.

• Manage end-to-end project cargo shipments valued at $1M+
• Develop detailed project plans including routing, equipment, and timeline
• Coordinate with carriers, ports, and ground transportation providers
• Maintain client communication and provide regular status updates
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
• Manage project budgets and optimize costs without compromising quality

• 7+ years experience in project cargo or heavy lift logistics
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of ocean, air, and ground transportation
• Experience with oversized/overweight permitting
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Proficiency in project management software
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field
