Procurement Specialist

Shift: Monday to Friday 08:00 Am to 05:00 Pm.

Responsibilities:

+ Manage purchase orders and ensure timely processing and delivery of materials

+ Partner with internal stakeholders including Engineering, Operations, Planning, and Supplier Quality teams

+ Manage supplier relationships, including onboarding, performance reviews, and negotiations

+ Prepare and manage RFQs, competitive bidding processes, and supplier sourcing activities

+ Negotiate pricing, terms, lead times, and quality requirements

+ Resolve supplier, delivery, invoice, and quality-related issues

+ Support supplier qualification, evaluation, and development programs

+ Analyze purchasing data, market conditions, and supply plans to identify cost-saving opportunities

+ Support procurement of business plans and continuous improvement initiatives

+ Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes

Required Qualifications &

Experience:

+ 3 to 5 years of Procurement Specialist

+ Proficiency in SAP

+ High school diploma or GED / associate degree or higher.

** Pay Details:**  $41.38 per hour
