Position: INVENTORY SPECIALIST I
The PSC Inventory Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of inventory management at corporate warehouses and 3rd party facilities including monitoring inventory transactions to ensure complete accuracy either manually or systematically; compiling and maintaining records of the value, type, and quantity of supplies; ensure field warehouse adherence to company policy and procedures related to inventory and warehouse management; and ensure inventory accuracy at all times.

Bachelors degree in Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Material Management or related fields. 0-2 years of work experience in Procurement, Inventory Management, Supply Chain or related field. Excellent time management skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Must be able to establish and maintain good working relationship with team and all levels of management and employees. Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Make decisions that properly reflect company policy. Strong oral, written and organizations skills are required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Masters degree preferred. Knowledge and experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain, procurement or inventory management. Proficient in MS Office or ERP applications. Lean Six Sigma certification or experience. BEHAVIORAL COMPENTENCIES TECHNICAL COMPENTENCIES Knowledge of inventory and turnover count procedures. Able to perform comprehensive analysis and reasoning.

Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma. Develop policy and procedures related to inventory and warehouse management. Drive implementation of policies, procedures and best practices. Lead development of systems to support effective and efficient inventory and warehouse management. Audit compliance with policies and procedures. Perform analysis to optimize inventory. Work with operations/maintenance to define inventory levels for each rig type/region. Interface with operations/maintenance to optimize sourcing for rig maintenance and repair.

Design and release monthly performance reports. Assist in the coordination and completion of all periodic physical inventory counts and monitor compliance with cycle count schedule. Lead processes for inventory monetization/disposal. Develop consistent procedure to maintain inventory accuracy during rig transfers, stacking or start-ups. Skills and knowledge to meet expectations of the business operations. Interpersonal skills to work effectively across all of Nabors.

Conduct annual audits to maintain Sarbanes-Oxley compliant environment. Advise management of any root cause issues and make sure corrective actions are communicated, determined, implemented and become effective. Monitor for inventory surplus, damages and/or product returns.
