- Monitor Load Boards
- Posting Loads on internal system
- Managing In and Outbound phone calls
- Calling Current and New Potential Clients
- Collect and Produce proper documents
- Manage pickup and delivery deadlines with drivers
Desired Skills In Areas Include
- Detail-oriented
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Phone presence
- Strong Computer and Typing skills
- Multitasking
- Self Motivated
- Work well under pressure
- Experience is great, but not necessary
