What you’ll be doing:

• Interface with customers, carriers, and facilities to ensure product movements via truck are executed in accordance with Texon service standards
• Assist with ticket reconciliation by validating scheduled loads, actualized volumes, contract alignment, and carrier invoices
• Provide timely status updates to the Commercial team, including demurrage, loading or unloading delays, carrier issues, and service interruptions
• Respond to customer inquiries related to movement status, ticketing, and shipment details
• Partner with Accounting and Settlements teams to ensure shipments are accurately entered and resolved in support of monthly close
• Identify and assist in resolving volume or pricing discrepancies
• Develop analytical tools and reporting to support logistics and supply cost optimization
• Monitor supply and demand balances and contract performance, making optimization recommendations as needed
• Work with Contract Administration to support contract setup and completion of deal sheets

Requirements to be successful in this position:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset with a commercial focus
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
• Ability to support business needs outside standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Ability and willingness to travel
