Duties
* Responsible for updating TPIP master data and planning rules, calculating planning parameters (e.g., lead-time, safety stock), generating exceptions, and modifying the TPIP as it relates to Class III Military Fuels.
* Provides and coordinates the distribution of collaborative data to DLA suppliers/potential suppliers on DLA Direct Items (DD) and Dual Channel Items as it relates to Class III Military Fuels.
* Receives and analyzes vendor feedback, identifies constraints and reconciles shortfalls in the Supply Chain and communicates relevant collaboration information to all interested parties as it relates to Class III Military Fuels.

* Act as technical expert pertaining to acquisition and oversight of contractor services as it relates to Class III Military Fuels.
* Communicate via methods which include but are not limited to talking papers, fact sheets, memoranda, economic analyses, briefings, and informal presentations.
* Monitor bulk fuel contracts and lift balances, ensures a minimum of 75% lift during contract period.
* Perform primary Petroleum Oils and Lubricants (POL) functions for contract management, inventory control and scheduling deliveries, as directed in DoD Manual 4140.25M.
* Plan fuel shipments and nominates Stock Transfers and vendor Purchase Requests using Enterprise Business Systems (EBS).
* Monitor fuel inventory levels for capitalized locations, as set in the Inventory Management Plan as it relates to Class III Military Fuels.
* Perform transportation duties and review transportation bills for accuracy using the Syncada system. Requirements Conditions of employment

Experience:

One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-11 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector.

Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement.
