** Role Overview**# The Procurement Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, goods, and services while supporting supply chain continuity. This role combines hands-on procurement execution with strategic leadership by driving sourcing initiatives, supplier performance, procurement planning, and process optimization. The position serves as a key business owner for procurement-related systems, leveraging ERP platforms, business intelligence tools, and data analytics to support informed decision-making and operational excellence.

The Procurement Lead partners closely with cross-functional teams to improve procurement performance, strengthen supplier relationships, and advance continuous improvement initiatives.  #
** Key Responsibilities*
* * Lead strategic sourcing and purchasing activities, including supplier selection, negotiations, purchase order management, and procurement planning to ensure cost, quality, and delivery objectives are achieved
* Manage supplier relationships and performance by conducting evaluations, resolving issues, identifying cost-reduction opportunities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
* Serve as the business owner for procurement-related ERP processes and master data, ensuring data integrity while supporting system enhancements, testing, and process improvements
* Develop procurement dashboards, analyze supplier and purchasing data, and provide actionable insights to improve sourcing decisions, inventory performance, procurement KPIs, and cost optimization
