Shipping Receiving & Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive Shipping Receiving & Logistics Coordinator to manage daily inbound and outbound material flows in our non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility. Working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at a competitive rate of up to $26.00 per hour, this hands-on, non-exempt position takes full ownership of dock operations, material movement, and carrier relations. Key responsibilities include coordinating LTL, truckload, parcel, and expedited freight shipments, obtaining freight quotes, inspecting incoming shipments against purchase orders, and safely operating forklifts and material handling equipment.

The ideal candidate brings 3 to 5 years of manufacturing warehouse or logistics experience, computer literacy, and proficiency in ERP software (Epicor preferred) to execute inventory transactions, support cycle counts, and keep our production flow running smoothly.

salary: $49,920 - $54,080 per year
