Procurement/Supply Chain Management (P/SCM) Overview

Procurement/SupplyChain Development Program (PSCMDP)
This 2‐year accelerated program consists of three eight‑month rotations that provide participants with hands‑on Procurement and Supply Chain Management experience. The focus is on developing technical and leadership skills across the end‑to‑end global supply chain, spanning multiple asset classes, Corporate, and Business Unit roles. Assignments are driven by individual development needs and business requirements, and include frequent interaction with leadership, senior managers, current program members, and alumni.
Assignments& Locations
Previous PSCMDP assignments have included:
- Business Intelligence & Data Visualization (e.g., spend, inventory, cost)
- Strategic sourcing, negotiation strategy & execution
- Business process improvement across the enterprise (e.g., logistics, contracting, materials management, inventory management, demand planning)
- Evaluation and deployment of digital solutions, including change management
- Benchmarking our performance and making or implementing recommendations to improve results
- Market intelligence for existing and new products/services
- Project management
Positions are typically located in Houston, Texas;
San Ramon, California; other United States locations; and international locations.
- Procurement or Supply Chain Management internship/work experience

The anticipated salary for this position is $. Compensation will be determined based on degree level and discipline for U.S. payroll offers.
