The Delivery Commitment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating delivery commitment inputs across multiple internal capacity owners on behalf of AGT business. The role serves as the central coordination point between Engineering, Supply Chain, Factories, and Packaging Sites to support accurate and timely delivery commitments for bids and proposals for new units as well as services (repair and overhaul). The position supports the integrity of the operational plan by ensuring business commitments remain achievable and aligned with approved capacity.
HowYou’ll Make an Impact
- Consolidate, validate, document, and communicate cross-functional capacity inputs supporting customer bids and proposals.
- Translate the approved Master Plan into customer delivery commitments and ensure that commitment records are accurate, traceable, and maintained in accordance with business requirements.
- Build and maintain delivery schedules and milestone plans as needed, and coordinate and facilitate status meetings, capacity reviews, and collaboration sessions.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action logs, and follow-up communications, while tracking risks, assumptions, dependencies, and open actions affecting delivery commitments.
- Coordinate resolution of conflicting delivery assumptions and expedite resolution of capacity constraints, supporting decision‑making with scenario planning.
- Provide status reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for stakeholders, while maintaining the SharePoint site, document repository, and commitment tracking logs.
- 5+ years of experience;
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related fields. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; strong verbal and written communication skills; and strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders, influence without direct authority, challenge assumptions using data, apply analytical thinking with scenario planning capabilities, and possess knowledge of scheduling and project planning principles.
- Knowledge of scheduling and project planning principles.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment, with high attention to detail and strong discipline in documentation.
