Inventory Control Coordinator

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and supply chain management, is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to join their team. As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the inventory management and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Jersey Village, TX

Pay Range: $20.60

Shift: Evenings (40 hours) 2nd shift

What's the Job?

• Generate reports and review on-hand material status, taking action on each item daily
• Make recommendations for inventory adjustments and stock item status changes
• Prioritize materials for orders and communicate status updates to the team
• Distribute daily and weekly reports to ensure inventory accuracy
• Assist supervisors with maintaining transactional system integrity and resolving inventory issues

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED, or 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with inventory transactions in a production environment
• Ability to lift parts weighing over 50 pounds with assistance when needed
• Comfort working in bending, squatting, and standing positions for extended periods
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel
