Restaurant Inventory Specialist

This role is the backbone of our supply chain. You'll manage purchasing and inventory across

multiple locations, keeping every kitchen stocked without waste, overspending, or surprises. If you're

• Monitor stock levels across all locations — identify shortages, prevent surplus, and keep inventory accurate.
• Place inventory orders based on demand forecasting, avoiding both stockouts and overstock.
• Record and reconcile deliveries daily; maintain accurate records in R365.
• Analyze purchasing data and generate reports on trends, costs, and opportunities for leadership.
• Visit multiple restaurant locations regularly to align with chefs, managers, and operations teams.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality, pricing, and reliable fulfillment.
• Develop and improve inventory control procedures to reduce waste and streamline operations.

• Previous inventory management or purchasing experience, preferably in restaurants or hospitality
• Proficiency with R365 and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical skills — you spot patterns in data and act on them
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple locations and priorities
• Available to work weekends — inventory orders are due Sundays
• Willing to travel between restaurant locations regularly
