Logistics Specialist

Manpower -  - Responsibilities:
Manage logistics categories and suppliers across freight forwarding, road transportation, heavy haul, customs brokerage, warehousing, materials management, and third-party logistics services;
Develop annual contracting and category plans aligned with business priorities;
Conduct supply market analysis, logistics market intelligence, benchmarking, cost modeling, and total cost of ownership analysis;
Lead or support end-to-end sourcing events, including bid package preparation, supplier evaluation, negotiation strategy, commercial analysis, contract award recommendations, and implementation planning;
Write, review, and manage logistics contracts, work orders, rate schedules, service level agreements, and commercial terms in alignment with company policies and contracting standards
