You will build files in TMF and Descartes Aljex, assign to Capacity planning, and ensure data parity across systems while guiding exceptions to resolution.
You will coordinate pre-alerts, pickups, and in-transit visibility using Tive and MacroPoint, with emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and successful handoffs to the Inbound team.
