Salary Range: $60,000 - $68,000 annually Preferred
Qualification:
Experience with Acumatica ERP is highly preferred. Candidates with Acumatica expertise may be considered at the upper end of the salary range.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer to support daily purchasing and expediting activities across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate procurement of materials, equipment, and services while maintaining strong supplier relationships and supporting procurement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities- Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify pricing, terms, and supplier information for all procurement transactions.
- Monitor open orders, expedite deliveries, and resolve order discrepancies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers regarding order status and related inquiries.
- Obtain vendor quotes, evaluate options, and support pricing validation efforts.
- Maintain procurement records and documentation within the ERP system.
- Partner with inventory, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure timely receipt of materials.
- Assist with procurement reporting and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with purchasing policies, approval workflows, and audit requirements.
- 2+ years of purchasing, procurement, or buyer experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service mindset and collaborative approach.
- Experience supporting inventory-driven or multi-site operations.
- Familiarity with supplier management and sourcing activities.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with data and reporting.
