Responsibilities include:
Coordinate import and export from locations to offshore worksites; working closely with project functions including supply chain management, operations, engineering, logistics subcontractors and vessel owners; tracking materials that have been transported and any duties/taxes associated; clearing vessels and their cargo; developing and implementing Logistics Plans and associated procedures as required for project support; supporting tenders and projects with logistics budget, continuous improvement by analyzing and providing the most efficient solution;
preparing vessel importation prior to arrival in the region; supporting offshore resources during dry-dock or maintenance; supporting vessel mobilization and demobilization of material and equipment to/from project worksites; managing and developing strategic relationships with international freight and shipping agents, terminal/dock operators, trucking companies, and vessel agents to ensure effective and cost-efficient service; directing all supply chain activities related to logistics including purchase requests, purchase orders, invoice review and processing, archiving in SharePoint, supplier management system, and supplier assessment.
Minimum Requirements:
Five (5) years' experience in supply chain/logistics, coordinating operation and logistics subcontractors for domestic and international movement of commercial freight by air, sea and road within an international oil services company; vessel port calls, loadouts, import/export compliance, tracking items, incoterms and budget management.
