Key Account Management Expert

• Own and grow commercial relationships with strategic project-logistics customers
• Develop and execute multiyear Project Logistics Account Plans
• Provide project pipeline visibility, commercial strategy, escalation paths, and relationship mapping
• Build senior-level relationships within customer capital project, engineering, procurement, and logistics organizations
• Advocate for customers and align requirements with CEVA’s Project Logistics capabilities
• Partner with Bid Management and Operations teams to structure competitive bids and validate feasibility
• Lead commercial negotiations involving rates, surcharges, risk allocation, incoterms, and contract changes
• Manage customer P&L performance, revenue forecasting, accounts-receivable health, margin control, and pricing discipline
• Ensure project execution readiness through SOP development, compliance, routing feasibility, permitting, and safety alignment
• Monitor project KPIs and resolve operational issues with internal stakeholders
• Support project mobilization, equipment planning, vendor sourcing, and transport engineering coordination
• Lead customer monthly and quarterly business reviews covering performance, incidents, financials, feedback, and improvement actions
• Identify and elevate operational or systemic execution issues
• Refine processes and apply lessons learned to strengthen global Project Logistics capabilities
• Coordinate with Regions, Procurement, Sales, Engineering, BPO Support Teams, and Global Project Logistics
• Direct virtual teams to synchronize customer communication and delivery across modes and geographies

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; master’s degree advantageous
• Specific logistics and/or multinational focus
• 10+ years of experience in international supply chain and logistics
• 5+ years of experience in commercial negotiations
• 5+ years of network management experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a key account leader role in international supply chain and logistics
• Understanding of compliance
• Advanced supply chain knowledge or similar flow chain processes
• Advanced industry and product knowledge in global commerce and logistics
• Strong relationship-building and relationship-sustaining skills at senior levels

Proven ability to manage P&L performance, develop strategic account plans, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
