Materials Management Specialist

TAQA is seeking an experienced Senior Inventory & Warehouse Operations Specialist to support inventory accuracy, warehouse optimization, compliance, planning, and SAP EWM operations. This role will play a key part in ensuring efficient material flow, accurate inventory management, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards.

• Manage high-priority, sensitive, and non-conforming material movements.
• Optimize warehouse layouts and material workflows to improve efficiency and space utilization.
• Develop and execute cycle count programs, investigate inventory discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead internal audits in accordance with API Q2 standards and manage NC/CAR documentation.
• Forecast inventory requirements and maintain appropriate safety stock levels.
• Configure SAP EWM parameters, support system testing, and assist with system upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with QHSSE requirements, Supply Chain standards, company policies, and ethical business practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• API Q2 Internal Auditor Training.
• 6-7 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations.
• Advanced SAP knowledge, including SAP EWM.
• Strong analytical, auditing, and problem-solving skills.

• APICS CPIM certification.
• Oilfield Services (OFSE) experience.

• Collaborate regularly with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality teams.
• Coordinate frequently with suppliers and external consultants.
