Buyer​/Procurement Specialist

• Process requisitions and issue purchase orders with accuracy and speed
• Ensure correct pricing, terms, and supplier information across all transactions
• Track open orders, expedite deliveries, and resolve order discrepancies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers on daily order-related questions
• Obtain quotes, compare vendor options, and support pricing verification
• Maintain procurement data and documentation within the ERP system
• Collaborate with inventory, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure timely receipt of materials
• Support procurement reporting and continuous improvement efforts
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval workflows, and audit requirements

• 2+ years of purchasing or procurement experience
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through
• Experience with ERP systems such as Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, or similar strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving environment
• Experience supporting multi-site or inventory-driven operations preferred
• Familiarity with supplier management or sourcing activities preferred
• Intermediate Excel skills and comfort working with data preferred
• Must have US work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
• References expected upon request
• Some travel required
