Strategic Sourcing Team Lead / Senior Strategic Sourcing Team Lead

Responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives and a small sourcing team to deliver optimal supplier solutions, reduce total cost of ownership, and implement global sourcing strategies for complex projects. This role manages supplier negotiations, RF(x) processes, cost modeling, spend analysis, and sourcing programs exceeding $100M annually while driving value creation for the business. Candidates should have strong strategic sourcing experience, technical-commercial aptitude, leadership skills, and the ability to work with technical stakeholders.

A bachelor's degree is required, with SAP knowledge and engineering or technical education preferred. 5-8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, field operations, or project management is expected.

Seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Team Lead to oversee high-value sourcing projects, lead supplier strategy and negotiations, and drive cost savings across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong procurement and leadership experience, the ability to manage complex sourcing initiatives exceeding $100M annually, and a proven track record of delivering value through strategic supplier partnerships. Bachelor's degree required. Position based at HES Houston North Belt with a salary range of $125K-$130K plus CVA bonus opportunity.
