You will be based in Houston, TX or Odessa, TX. Our intern program philosophy is to “recruit once, hire twice” with the hope to hire interns back into full-time or return internship roles.
The 2027 Co-Op is expected to begin January 2027 and go through May 2027. There is a possibility for extension through the summer and again for the Fall 2027 semester.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Optimization & Redeployment Identify opportunities to redeploy excess inventory across North America, improving inventory utilization, reducing unnecessary purchases, and generating cost savings.
- Inventory Planning & Supply Support Partner with Inventory Planners to support replenishment activities, supplier follow-up, and order execution while learning how supply and demand are balanced in a complex operational environment.
- Data Analytics & Process Improvement Leverage existing power-bis and ERP systems to develop reports, dashboards, and exception tools that improve inventory visibility, support decision-making, and drive process efficiency.
- Business Reporting & Presentations Prepare analyses, reports, and leadership presentations that communicate key inventory trends, risks, opportunities, and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and an interest in data analysis and automation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Curiosity to identify process improvement opportunities and challenge the status quo.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work daily is required.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States both now and in the future;

Students must be enrolled in the university’s co-op program and provide documentation of enrollment upon hiring. co-op's last approximately 5
-12 months and you must be willing to work a minimum of a 6-month duration.
- Knowledge in MS Office Software
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively, both verbally and in writing
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. To qualify, your university and/or permanent address must be more than 50 miles from your work location.
- Corporate housing provided for the summer to those candidates who qualify.

$23/hour
