We talk to voters, make the pitch, and collect valid signatures. If you can do that day after day, you’ll do well here.

We cover airfare and hotels (shared rooms). Expect full days outside, plenty of walking, and steady travel as the job moves.

We are the nation’s largest ballot qualification and voter‑contact firm. Our teams work year‑round on campaigns that shape laws and give voters a voice. Some join one project; others stay for years.

You will talk to voters face‑to‑face, explain the issue quickly, and collect valid signatures. This is field work with clear rules and clear daily goals.

People from many different careers do well in this work — retail, hospitality, trades, education, professional roles, and campaign field work. If you’re comfortable talking to people and working a full day, you’ll fit in here.

This job is about valid signatures, knowing the rules, hitting your numbers, and working well with your team.

Experience with petitioning or canvassing helps, but we train people who can perform.

• Willingness to travel for 1–3 months at a time
• Comfortable sharing a room with a teammate
• Able to work outside in all weather
• Able to stand and walk all day
• Valid government  ability to pass a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations. Real  for air travel
• Reliable cell phone with data plan
• Team leaders must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record
