Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our residents and guests.

• Clean and maintain all assigned areas, including common spaces, offices, restrooms, and vacant units.

• Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing as needed.

• Restock supplies and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.

• Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and properly stored.

• Assist with laundry and linen changes if applicable.

• Follow health and safety regulations and company cleaning standards.

• Support other staff members and management as needed.

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
