Overview
Join to apply for the Porter/Groundskeeper role at Richmark Properties Inc

- Must have excellent communication skills
- Ability to walk, bend, or stand for extended periods of time
- Must be receptive and observant
- Must be conscious to general safety/sanitary procedure when performing tasks
- Ensure the tidy appearance of the property by physically walking the premises
- Notify manager of any diseased, dying or dead landscape plantings
- Sweep/Transfer any loose trash, animal droppings, etc. into a proper receptacle
- Clear paths and walkways of loose grass, or clear weeds as they surface
- Make sure the lighting around the property is functioning
- Repair and replace windows, screens, sliding glass doors, etc. Perform routine maintenance on the property as requested
- Pressure wash sidewalks, driveways and stairwells as needed
- Distribute resident communications, i.e. upcoming events, pest control notices, newsletters, etc.
- Full-time
