Our Maintenance position is a full‑time, hands‑on professional dedicated to repairing and maintaining campus buildings and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate is a versatile professional with experience in a range of repair and construction trades including painting, drywall repair, and plumbing, and excellent communication skills. Basic computer skills are required. Candidates must be able to work independently and have a team player approach.

• High School diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• At least 2 years of experience in building maintenance required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must possess strong communication, planning, organization, and judgment skills essential for effective maintenance work.
• Must be able to use hand tools.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for prolonged periods throughout the workday.
• Must be able to sit and walk or otherwise move around for prolonged periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to maintain professional image and work environment.

• Problem‑Solving:
  Determine the best tools, methods, and materials for each task to complete jobs efficiently and effectively.
• Equipment Upkeep:
  Ensure all tools are functioning properly, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
• Proactive Communication:
  Alert administration when major repairs are needed to maintain a safe and well‑functioning environment and coordinate jobs with vendors.
• Support Operations:
  Take on a variety of tasks to support the team and keep operations running smoothly.
• Work is performed both indoors in a climate‑controlled environment and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Regular full‑time school hours with occasional overtime required.
