Maintenance HVAC
Hollister Oaks Apartments is now hiring for an experienced Maintenance HVAC.
Job TypeFull‑time
Responsibilities- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
- Resolve maintenance issues in the areas of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
- Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements
- Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
- At least 12 months of onsite experience
- Possess valid identification
- HVAC background required
