The Senior Field Service Engineer‑2 will provide on‑site support for chronic/​repeat fault ATMs, pull daily reports, work with the field teams to address ATM issues, create action plans to resolve chronic issues, and train local staff on best practices. The role focuses on creating solutions to drive out repetitive calls, thereby increasing overall efficiency of the assigned territory.

• Main focus to pay close attention to, and help drive out repeat/chronic ATMs within the assigned territory.
• Works closely with the Regional Operations Director/Field Service Manager to resolve chronic ATMs and improve overall efficiency.
• Engages FSE’s within the territory to help educate and develop best practices.
• Implements new processes to help the local territory address complex/chronic issues.
• Works with internal and external support departments, bridging the gap between field/Level 3 internal teams.
• Pulls daily ATM chronic activity reports.
• Develops solutions and action plans to resolve chronic ATM units within the assigned territory.
• Potential travel outside home geography as required.
• Performs preventive maintenance functions of an ATM including diagnostics, testing and cleaning.
• Trains local staff on best field practices and coaches team members.
• Completes tasks as assigned by supervisor or applicable NHA staff members.
• Works independently with minimal supervision.
• Provides an extraordinary experience to customers, meeting service obligations and demands.
• Maintains company property in good working condition.
• Maintains a valid driver’s license.
• Uses company credit card responsibly.
• Follows all security procedures.
• Provides technical assistance for FSE’s.
• Trains and mentors new hires.
• Assists with field audit/site visits.
• Performs random site/ATM inspections.
• Provides support to chronic ATMs.
• Provides performance review input for team members.
• Takes the lead on chronic tickets and ensures completion.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience (4–6 years of field‑service experience preferred).
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro‑mechanical equipment operation.
• Proficient with analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and carry heavy parts up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to work extended hours, including beyond assigned shift without notice when required.
• Ability to travel to other areas of the country (30–40% travel may be required).
• Ability to work all shifts, which may include weekend and holidays.
• On‑call duty required for all FSE position levels, with compensation provided.

• Requires talking and hearing while performing responsibilities.
• Often requires sitting, using hands and fingers to handle or feel.
• Frequently requires standing, walking, reaching, climbing or balancing, and stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling.
• Employee must be able to lift 50 lbs without assistance; may be asked to lift up to 80 lbs with assistance.
• Vision abilities required include close vision.

• May be occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles.
• Noise level is usually quiet to moderate.
• Passage of employees through the work area is average and normal.
• Position is a high‑security position and may pose a risk of exposure to criminal elements; proper security training and awareness required.
