No Pest Control experience is required. We are hiring motivated men and women willing to work hard and be compensated appropriately to learn Pest Control. Are you unhappy with your current job? Can you think on your feet and do you have good customer service skills? We're seeking individuals interested in becoming State of Texas Licensed Pest Control Technicians. We're considering applicants with at least 2 years of customer service experience.
Previous Pest Control experience is not required and Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
Job Overview
We are offering an opportunity to work with a growing pest control company while managing a protected route. You will be given a great deal of latitude to sign up new clients while maintaining current clients in your service area. Your daily activities include pest control service to existing homes and businesses. From time to time, the office will provide new prospects that want service, and you'll be responsible for establishing the best program for their needs.
Other activities include animal trapping, rodent control, termite inspections, and treatments.

Pest Control is a service needed by most homeowners at some point and required by most businesses. We want your clients to rely on your service expertise and skills, allowing you to grow your income beyond the cost of living increases experienced due to inflation.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Work 40+ hours per week.
- Perform routine pest control service.
- Work 5 days per week plus every other Saturday.
- Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Maintain current accounts receivable as directed by management.
- Perform pest inspections and offer services based on your evaluation.
- Drive a company vehicle to scheduled accounts (residential or commercial)
- Maintain company vehicle and equipment in proper working/operating condition.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times (no facial hair or exposed tattoos).
- Complete service documentation in a neat and detailed manner as required by TDA.
Required Skills
- You should be detail-oriented in every aspect of your work.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with clients, prospects, and coworkers.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, or dry we don't stop).
- Must be able to operate company vehicle and equipment safely and efficiently.
