- Review and optimize existing maintenance strategies, plans, task lists, frequencies, and scheduling parameters.
- Analyze OEM manuals, engineering drawings, P&IDs, equipment datasheets, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain SAP PM maintenance plans, items, task lists, strategies, cycles, and packages.
- Define maintenance job steps, labor hours, tools, materials, and safety requirements.
- Identify and resolve duplicate, missing, obsolete, and inconsistent maintenance data.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, Operations, and HSE teams.
- Prepare SAP PM load templates and perform data validation, verification, and error correction.
- Support maintenance build implementation, migration, and final handover.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP PM, maintenance planning, maintenance build, or reliability within industrial facilities.
- Hands-on experience developing maintenance plans, task lists, strategies, cycles, and packages.
- Ability to interpret P&IDs, OEM manuals, engineering drawings, and equipment datasheets.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance optimization, RCM, equipment criticality, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, data validation, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SAP S/4
HANA PM and mass-load tools. - Experience in LNG, oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, or heavy industrial facilities.
- Familiarity with CMMS implementation, migration, maintenance optimization, and failure-mode analysis.
