Kings Clean is seeking a dependable and motivated Working Custodial Supervisor to join our team in Houston, TX. This position requires supervising the custodial team while also performing daily cleaning duties alongside employees.

• Location: Houston, TX
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Benefits: Not available for this position
• Start Date: Upon successful completion of our screening process

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial employees and assign daily cleaning duties
• Work alongside the custodial team to complete cleaning assignments
• Inspect assigned areas to ensure cleaning standards are met
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces
• Remove trash and clean and sanitize restrooms
• Train and assist new employees
• Monitor cleaning supplies and maintain organized storage areas
• Communicate staffing, supply, and maintenance concerns to management
• Ensure employees follow company procedures and safety requirements

Job Requirements

• Previous custodial or supervisory experience is preferred
• Must be dependable, responsible, and able to lead a team
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout most of the shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must present a valid  fingerprint screening
• Kings Clean will cover the cost of fingerprinting
