Maintenance Technician

Our client, a manufacturing-focused organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to safety, a hands-on mindset, and the drive to keep facility equipment operating at full capacity to meet production goals.

** Nights (18:38-19:24)

** What's the Job?*
* + Work with the Maintenance Manager and Team Lead to ensure maintenance issues are resolved or completed in a timely manner.

+ Follow daily maintenance tasks set forth by the Maintenance Team Lead.

+ Follow all safety procedures and policies while performing maintenance work.

+ Support facility performance by helping ensure equipment is running at full capacity to meet production goals.

+ Maintain maintenance tools, machinery, and other equipment to keep them operating in good working condition.

** What's Needed?*
* + Ability to safely and correctly operate hand and power tools and machinery, including forklifts, semi-automated material handling equipment, and overhead cranes.

+ Comfort performing job functions while wearing proper PPE as designated by the company.

+ Willingness to participate in training and continuing education as required.

+ Ability to work overtime as required and support weekend coverage when needed.

+ Reliability and readiness to perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager or Team Lead.
