Event Setup Assistant

Harvest Advertising Inc. is looking for a hands‑on and reliable Event Setup Assistant to prepare event spaces, organize equipment and materials, and assist with on‑site logistics. This position is ideal for someone who follows instructions carefully, enjoys practical tasks, and works well with a team.

• Set up tables, chairs, signage, displays, and promotional materials according to event plans.

• Organize supplies and ensure materials are ready before scheduled activities.

• Assist with moving and arranging equipment using safe handling practices.

• Check event spaces for cleanliness, organization, and presentation.

• Help replenish supplies and maintain orderly areas throughout events.

• Support team members with setup, routine logistical needs, and breakdown.

• Pack, sort, and store equipment and materials after events.

• Report missing supplies, damaged equipment, or other issues to the appropriate team member.

• Follow event instructions, schedules, and workplace safety guidelines.

• Dependable, punctual, and attentive to detail.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks on time.

• Comfortable with hands‑on work and moving around event spaces.

• Good organizational skills and a willingness to learn.

• Ability to perform essential job duties with reasonable accommodation where applicable.

• Previous event setup, hospitality, or similar experience is an advantage but not required.
