Join our team as a Site Supervisor! We are seeking a motivated and detailed oriented Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead and support team members, and ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communications skills, the ability to manage schedules, monitor employee performance, and ensure all tasks are completely efficiently and according to company standards.

Monday - Friday (6:00am - 3:00pm)

• To lead and to supervise associates.
• Ensure that janitorial work and floor projects are completed within required standards.
• Employee training and counseling
• Perform other assigned duties to support operations needs Requirements:
  • Ability to lead and supervise
  • Ability to be standing and/or walking for extended periods of time
  • Previous supervisory experience required
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to work with other crew members
  • Good time management and attention to detail
