Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify training needs and create customized training solutions
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements
- Provide coaching and mentoring to sales managers and representatives to drive performance
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales training
You Must Have
- 8+ years of sales training or related field
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Demonstrated track record of designing and delivering successful sales training programs
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline
- Passion for sales training and developing sales talent
- Ability to think strategically and drive results
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Innovative mindset and willingness to embrace new technologies and methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence others
