This position is based in the Fulfillment Center in Tomball, Texas, outside Houston, and reports to the Director, Asset Protection.

$68,880 - $114,765 Annually*

What You Will Do- Lead a team of 1 AP lead and 7 Asset Protection colleagues, reporting to the Director, Asset Protection.
- Support and provide backup for the Director, Supply Chain Asset Protection.
- Oversee all aspects of Asset Protection operations to align with company profit and service goals.
- Enforce company and security policies to protect and monitor company assets, alarms, property, employees, and visitors.
- Hire, train, and supervise the Asset Protection team to ensure effective performance.
- Communicate with facility management and Asset Protection leadership regarding shortage and security issues, recommending solutions as necessary.
- Investigate and identify causes of shortage within the facility, including potential internal or external dishonest activity.
- Secure and monitor trailer movements entering and exiting the facility to ensure compliance and safety.
- Manage Asset Protection operations, including staff communication, workload balancing, work assignments, scheduling, throughput levels, and adherence to processing standards.
- Assist in developing and managing departmental budgets to optimize resources.
- Ensure departments meet or exceed performance expectations in safety, shortage reduction, cost control, quality, processing standards, flexibility, reliability, and customer service.
- Review analysis of activities, costs, operations, and forecasts to evaluate progress toward goals and objectives.
- Develop and mentor direct reports to foster growth and ensure performance excellence.
- Maintain clear, timely communication with subordinates, peers, and senior management.
- Demonstrate regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Foster an inclusive, respectful work environment that strengthens relationships with colleagues, customers, and communities.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to hire, train, supervise, and develop the Asset Protection team.
- Operational Oversight: Expertise in managing Asset Protection operations, including workload balancing, scheduling, and adherence to standards.
- Security and Safety Expertise: Strong knowledge of security policies and practices to protect assets, employees, and visitors.

- This role requires physical activity: heavy lifting, constant movement, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.
- May involve long periods of stationary work and reaching above eye level as needed.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on department and company needs.
