• Lead and oversee all Service & Parts Department
• Maximize profitability and efficiency by implementing best practices in service and parts operations

• Manage department budgets, expense controls, and revenue targets to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with dealership management and Volvo to stay ahead of industry trends.

Proven success in Fixed Operations leadership (Volvo experience is a plus).

A track record of growing service and parts departments in a competitive market.

Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Ability to manage service and parts operations with a focus on efficiency and profitability.
