THE OPPORTUNITY

Following significant growth in recent years, the Venterra is seeking a motivated Compensation professional to build out a scalable compensation function from the ground up and to play an active role in new systems implementation. • Support the design and maintenance of the company’s job architecture framework, including job leveling, titling conventions, FLSA classifications, and salary grade structures.
  • Prepare and present compensation analytics, dashboards, and recommendations to senior leadership, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop competitive offer strategies and ensure internal equity before roles are posted to market.
  • Conduct pay equity analyses and support compliance with federal, state, and local compensation-related regulations, including pay transparency laws across applicable jurisdictions.
  • Advise HR Business Partners and hiring managers on compensation decisions, policy interpretation, and exception requests.
