Home Health and Home Care Director; RN

We’re building a brand-new home health and home care organization—and we’re looking for an RN leader who wants to help shape it from the start.

• Lead all clinical operations for Home Health (RN required)
• Oversee non-medical home care services
• Build workflows, quality standards, and culture from the ground up
• Shape an organization that actually runs the way it should

• RN license (required)
• Home health leadership experience strongly preferred
• OR senior‑care leadership experience with willingness to learn home health
• A builder’s mindset and the desire to create something extraordinary
