Role of EmployeeYou, as Sales Executive based in Houston, TX, will help Cimpl increase market share through client acquisition. You will work directly with clients, but also build and nurture relationships with partner channels to enable further development of potential customers.
Cimpl is looking for a high-performing sales professional with an extensive professional network to provide value-added consultative services to prospective clients. We will work with you to help you become a leading “expert” in the field of Technology Expense Management (TEM). As an expert you will need to provide assessments and recommendations to provide end-to-end, ROI-driven solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will leverage existing relationships to generate leads and secure opportunities, as well as work with our extensive partner network to uncover new clients. You should possess skills to navigate through complex technology requirements, corporate politics, and committee approvals to close deals. The ability to establish trust and instill confidence is essential in acquiring new business and developing ongoing client relationships.
TasksYou will develop a strategic and comprehensive business plan and execute it for your territory, including identifying core customers, mapping the benefits of the Cimpl SaaS solution to the business requirements. You will strive to understand the partner’s organizational structure and work to achieve alignment. You will take full responsibility for accurate forecasting, regular quarterly revenue delivery, and facilitation of sales enablement and regulate the implementation of agreed partnerships, accounts and business plans.
Furthermore, you’ll coach partners, accessing resources within Cimpl to support them on specific opportunities, with the goal of building sufficient capacity to meet customers’ demand for Cimpl’s software and services. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop detailed sales acquisitions plans and sales forecasts
- Manage time and workflow and create effective call plans
- Monitor competition and respond immediately and appropriately
- Build an exhaustive network and generate prolific referrals
A minimum of 4 years B2B direct selling experience in software/consulting services sales emphasis on TEM, or Telecommunication/Communication and IT Services.
