Job Title: Project Manager (
Change Management
)
Location: Houston, TX 77079
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Change Management expertise to support Initiative & Change Management (ICM) projects within Gas Transmission and Midstream Operations. This is not an IT Project Manager role
.
- Lead end-to-end project execution (charter, scope, schedule, budget, deliverables)
- Partner with Business Sponsors and cross-functional stakeholders
- Drive governance, reporting, risk management, and stage-gate processes
- Support business process optimization and system implementation initiatives
- Prepare business cases, current/future state analysis
- Ensure change impact assessments and change management plans are in place
- Present updates to senior leadership
- 7–10 years of Project Management experience (Oil & Gas preferred)
- Strong background in Field Operations project support
- Experience in business process optimization
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, MS Project, Visio, Teams
- PMP preferred;
Six Sigma or Change Management (Prosci) is a plus
Ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
