Role: Project Manager

Client: Leading Residential Developer

Essentials: 5+ years’ experience in programme or portfolio management; strong reporting and governance capability; experience in property, construction, or transaction-led environments

Location: Hybrid with office in Dublin 2

Salary: €100,000 - €120,000

Reporting To: Chief Investment Officer

This role sits within the Chief Investment Officer function and is responsible for managing planning, governance, reporting and delivery across four key business areas:
Transactions & Revenue, Sales & Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, and Investment
. The successful candidate will establish a single source of truth and a consistent operating rhythm to support revenue delivery, cash efficiency and future growth.

  • Build and manage a consolidated portfolio plan across all investment and growth work streams
  • Chair portfolio reviews, track risks, dependencies and issues, and elevate decisions where required
  • Establish and embed clear governance structures, roles and responsibilities across teams
  • Mobilise and manage cross-functional initiatives, ensuring milestones and dependencies are aligned
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, Planning, Design and Pre-Construction teams to support accurate revenue and cash forecasting
  • Own the weekly and monthly reporting cycle, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Develop clear executive-level reports and dashboards to support decision-making
  • Lead improvements in reporting systems and data quality, moving towards automated, digital reporting
  • Maintain document control and reporting standards for leadership and executive forums
  • Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement across planning, reporting and delivery
  • Provide clear visibility of progress against plan, risks and recommended actions.
