Summary

The National Facilities Manager is an individual contributor within the Procurement and Logistics organization, responsible for the strategic oversight, coordination, and execution of facilities management across PROtect LLC’s nationwide footprint.

In addition to core facilities responsibilities, this role supports Vehicle Fleet Management and Equipment Fleet Management, including the efficient movement, storage, and utilization of these fleets across the country. While this position collaborates closely with Operations, Fleet, and field leadership, it does not serve as a dispatch or day-to-day logistics coordination role. Instead, it provides structure, standards, planning, and execution support to enable efficient field operations.

Essential

Functions

Facility Setup and Management: The National Facilities Manager leads the planning, coordination, and execution of new facility openings nationwide, including site selection support, lease coordination, permitting, and facility setup. The role maintains close alignment with Operations on existing site performance, upcoming lease expirations, capacity needs, and facility improvement opportunities, while overseeing ongoing facility maintenance, safety standards, and regulatory compliance across all locations.

This position serves as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues, improvements, and escalations.

Fleet & Equipment Support: In support of Vehicle and Equipment Fleet Management, this role ensures facilities are operationally ready for fleet storage, staging, and deployment. The National Facilities Manager partners with Operations and Fleet leadership to support the efficient relocation or consolidation of vehicles and equipment as business needs change and ensures facilities are appropriately equipped to support utilization and storage requirements.

Process, Planning & Optimization: This role develops and maintains repeatable, scalable processes and playbooks related to facilities and supporting asset management. The National Facilities Manager identifies opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and standardization across the facilities portfolio and applies structured problem-solving to facility‑related challenges in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

Financial & Vendor Management: The National Facilities Manager develops and manages facilities‑related budgets, tracks expenses, forecasts needs, and identifies cost‑saving opportunities. This role also negotiates and manages vendor relationships related to facilities, maintenance, and site services.

Reporting, Communication &

Collaboration:

This position provides regular updates and reporting to senior leadership on facility status, risks, and upcoming needs. The role collaborates cross‑functionally with Operations, Fleet, Procurement, Finance, and external partners to ensure alignment and execution.

Travel & On‑Site Support: The National Facilities Manager travels up to 50% of the time, including occasional weekends, to inspect sites, support new setups, and address facility‑related business needs nationwide.
