The Boss

The General Manager will report to a long‑standing President—a respected industry veteran with more than 40 years of experience and deep customer relationships built over decades.

The President is fully committed to setting up the next leader for success and plans to transition into a business development and customer relationship role over time. He values transparency, integrity, and leaders who show up every day with “fire in the belly”—people who earn respect not through authority, but through presence, involvement, and care for the team.

This leader will inherit a President who knows the business intimately, supports autonomy, and holds a very high bar for character, work ethic, and accountability.

The Position

The General Manager will be the sales‑centric leader driving the business. Unlike traditional corporate GM roles, this position is highly entrepreneurial and hands‑on. The GM must be a player‑coach who pays an integral part in leading the sales strategy, motivating the team, partnering with reps directly, and being visible throughout the business.
