Terminal Operations Manager – Houston, TX
We’re looking for a Terminal Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at a distribution and materials facility in Houston. This hands‑on role focuses on efficiency, logistics, team management, and safety.
Responsibilities- Supervise terminal operations, including inventory, shipping, and staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor teams to maintain high performance.
- Optimize processes, manage budgets, and coordinate logistics.
- Conduct daily inspections and oversee equipment and facility maintenance.
- 5+ years in operations management in building materials required
- ERP experience preferred
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- $110k–$130k+, depending on experience.
- Full‑time, exempt role with benefits eligibility.
