Position: Senior Client Executive-Manufacturing (US-Dallas)

We are currently seeking a Senior Client Executive – Manufacturing (US‑Dallas) to join our team in Houston, Texas (US‑TX), United States (US). This position will be located in the Houston metro and will require travel to Dallas and other client sites as needed, and may involve working remotely.

The Client Executive is accountable for the P&L, revenue growth, and client satisfaction of all assigned accounts. As the leader of their assigned accounts, the Client Executive is responsible for defining and executing growth strategy, revenue forecasting, achieving all financial targets, service excellence, and overall client satisfaction, with indirect team members overseeing the delivery of complex, multi‑disciplinary solutions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Excel at client management, grow and improve client/customer relationships, implement change, and leverage technology for competitive advantage.
  • Understand competitors, their client sponsors, agendas, and counter strategies to displace them.
  • Navigate large, complex, geographically dispersed organizations at C‑level.
  • Create success with P&L of $15 million+ with financial management capabilities, strong forecasting and growth strategies.
  • Create deals that align with client interests and business objectives and take a deal from initiation to close.
  • Create awareness and interest in NTT DATA Services and develop strategic account plans.
  • Develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate creation of new, marketable solutions and offerings.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in building, managing, and measuring a full cycle, virtual/geographically dispersed sales organization with annual TCV in excess of $15M.
  • Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing industry with knowledge of business drivers (revenue generation, margin levers, cost levers, and trends).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience selling NTT Data‑type solutions and IT services to manufacturing clients.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client management, with ability to grow and improve client/customer relationships, implement change, and leverage technology for competitive advantage.
  • 5 years selling IT services into the manufacturing vertical.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $144,000 - $244,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
