Description

Expo Home Improvement is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Direct Sellers focused on driving revenue, meeting sales goals, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a results‑driven sales professional who excels at coaching, performance management, and execution

Sales Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Direct Sellers
  • Set clear sales goals, performance expectations, and accountability standards
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to improve individual and team results
  • Conduct regular team meetings to align on priorities, performance, and strategy

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Partner with Marketing to align sales efforts with lead generation and promotions
  • Identify new opportunities to grow market share and customer base
  • Monitor market trends and adjust sales tactics to remain competitive

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and conversion rates
  • Manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow‑up and lead conversion
  • Prepare performance reports, forecasts, and insights for leadership

Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure the sales team delivers a high‑quality customer experience from first contact to close
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with Operations to support smooth fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Partner with Recruiting to support hiring and onboarding of new sales talent

Collaboration & Cross‑Departmental Coordination

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to generate qualified leads and promote new products/services.
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with the Recruitment team to hire new sales talent as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high‑performing teams.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive performance improvements.
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales tools.
