We are partnered with a nationally expanding engineering firm seeking a Vice President – Water & Wastewater Practice Leader to lead and scale a high-growth municipal water and wastewater facilities business.

This is an executive leadership role responsible for the strategic direction, profitability, and long-term expansion of an established but rapidly scaling Water & Wastewater practice. The selected leader will oversee business development, operations, financial performance, technical excellence, and team growth while ensuring exceptional delivery of complex municipal treatment and infrastructure programs.

This opportunity is ideal for a proven consulting executive with deep experience in municipal water/wastewater treatment, client development, and practice leadership who is motivated to build and lead a market-facing business at scale.

Houston, Texas is preferred due to the existing team presence; however, Texas-based or strategic locations will be considered for the right leader.

Compensation range:
Full package compensation 250-300k, with executive-level bonus, profit sharing, and equity participation. Total compensation is highly commensurate with seniority, experience, and business development capabilities.
