The Senior Property Manager plays a front-row role in ownership engagement, leading monthly financial discussions, walking through budgets, CAMs, and variance explanations, and clearly articulating the story behind the numbers. Success in this position requires someone who thrives in polished, high-expectation environments, brings calm authority to tenant and executive interactions, and takes pride in running an asset that truly matters.
Day to day, this role owns all property operations, serves as the primary point of contact for tenants and vendors, and partners closely with leasing, accounting, construction, and asset management. A consistent onsite presence and strong operational leadership are balanced with institutional-level financial accountability and reporting rigor.

- Comfortable presenting financial performance on recurring calls
- Strong tenant relationship management and lease compliance experience
- Yardi or similar systems experience preferred
