Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Houston, TX
Travel: Out-of-state travel may be required upon hire for initial onboarding and training, typically during the first 1–2 weeks of employment.

We are seeking an organized and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise within our warehouse operations. This role is responsible for supervising picking, receiving, dispatching, inventory control, security, maintenance, sanitation, and administrative functions. The Warehouse Manager will lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff while ensuring operational efficiency, asset protection, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Ensure compliance with company warehouse processes and procedural standards.
- Promote and enforce the safe and effective use of warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all safety policies.
- Lead, train, and manage the warehouse team to resolve day-to-day operational issues and achieve short- and long-term performance goals.
- Improve staff performance through coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of warehouse activities.
- Monitor and maintain awareness of fleet vehicle condition and location.
- Lead by example to promote ethical business practices and adherence to company values and policies.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual required (English/Spanish).
- 3–5 years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management procedures and best practices.
- Proficient knowledge of inventory systems and inventory control processes.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to operate a forklift safely and effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
