Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted partner to operators, engineers, and leadership
• Communicate clearly across functions and organizational levels
• Translate technical details into executive-level insight

Operational Excellence

• Improve consistency, predictability, and execution discipline
• Identify risks early and drive proactive mitigation
• Support continuous improvement across project systems and processes

Data & Decision Support

• Use project data, metrics, and KPIs to inform decisions
• Focus teams on leading indicators, not just lagging results

Leadership in Motion

• Lead without relying solely on title or authority
• Operate effectively in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities

Qualifications

• Experience in project-based, construction, engineering, or operational environments
• Background as a project engineer, project manager, operations leader, or military officer
• Strong understanding of cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs
• Ownership mindset with high standards for execution and follow-through
• Clear, confident communicator comfortable briefing senior leaders
• Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity
